From 2010 to 20 18 I was involved in the processes of cell fermentation, protein expression and characterization using chromatography (FPLC) and UV/Visible spectral characterization methods.
Among the most treated proteins are His-Tagged Glycine Oxidase (His-GO), and D- amino acid oxidase (h-DAAO).
Since 2018 I have been dealing with biocatalytic processes that include the use of enzymes and / or microorganisms.
