- biocatalysis, discovery, production and characterization of (new) enzymes for industrial enzymology applications;
-improvement of biocatalysts through molecular biology and immobilization methods;
-optimization of multi-enzymatic and chemo-enzymatic cascade systems with high synthetic efficiency.
- valorization of waste products from the agro-food industry
-screening of molecules active on enzymes implicated in rare diseases (Malaria and Leishmaniasis)
