The research activity is focused on the design and synthesis of conjugated organic materials for intelligent applications (organic / hybrid solar cells, OLEDs, sensors and bio-imaging) and in particular NIR emitting and absorbing materials and conjugated polyelectrolytes soluble in water and alcohol.
