Biomass upgrading and reuse
The valorization of agro-industrial wastes via their upcycling and upgrading into products and materials for industry allows to optimize resources and promotes industrial symbiosis. Within our research Institute, the competencies in treatment, extraction, and catalytic and bio-catalytic transformation of wastes biomass and in polymer processing give the opportunity to prepare a wide range of products and materials for several industrial sectors, ranging from cosmetic, F&F and pharma to design and automotive.
